CLP in talks for 60 percent stake in ExxonMobile Energy's CAPCO Mar 15th 2012, 11:36 HONG KONG | Thu Mar 15, 2012 7:36am EDT HONG KONG (Reuters) - CLP Holdings (0002.HK) on Thursday said the company, together with China Southern Power Grid, is in talks to acquire ExxonMobile Energy Limited's 60 percent stake in Castle Peak Power company. CLP, a Hong Kong listed power company, said there is no certainty an agreement will be reached.
